Is there a way to embed a video in my newsletter?

While you cannot embed a video in your newsletter, you can insert a screenshot with a link to the video.

To insert a screenshot:

  1. In your newsletter, click on a field and select the Add New drop-down.
  2. Click on the Add New menu, and select Rich Text Area.
  3. Select the Text Area option.
  4. Delete the placeholder text in the text area.
  5. From the formatting toolbar, click the Insert Image button.
  6. From the bottom of the Image Selector window, click the Select an image from your computer button.
  7. Find your image on your local computer and click Open.
  8. Select your image from the Image Selector window.  
  9. Click on the image to display the image editing toolbar.
  10. Use the handles in the corners of the image to crop the image and resize the image container box.  You can move the image around in the image container by clicking and dragging with your mouse.
  11. Click the Add/Edit Link button from the image editing toolbar.
  12. From the Link window, select the Custom tab and enter the URL to view your video.
  13. Click OK.
Your video screenshot will now link to the URL to view the video.
