How do I print newsletters?

If you have Newsletter Builder (for corporate customers), go to the Welcome to the Newsletter Builder platform page to learn about creating your newsletters.

To print a newsletter: 

  1. Go to the Newsletters tab and click the Preview link for the newsletter issue you would like to print. Or, from the Editor , click the Print button in the top right corner.
  2. Click the Print button at the bottom of the preview.
  3. This will open your browser’s Print Options. We recommend that you select the Print Background Colors and Images option (this may be found under Page Setup in Internet Explorer and Firefox).  For additional tips on print settings, see What are the recommended print settings for LibraryAware?
  4. Click Print.
