About the Editor

The LibraryAware Editor allows you to edit and format the text and images of your Items. Note that e-blasts and some print Items use a different Editor that offers more flexibility.  Please see the How do I create and edit an e-blast? or the How do I create Print Items using Section Layouts? page.

When you select a template with Reusables, the first step will be to add the details of your Promotional Item (such as headline) and/or fill in your Reusables.  Once that information has been added and saved, you will be able to edit and format the content of your Item.

You can zoom in and out of the Item using the sliding magnifier in the top right-hand corner, or from the View menu in the menu bar at the top of the Editor.

When you are done working in the Editor, you can Save, Preview, or Exit using the buttons at the top right-hand side, or from the File menu in the menu bar at the top. If you are ready to deliver or post your Item, you can use the Publish to drop-down menu or the Publish menu in the menu bar.  For more information on publishing your Item, see the Printing & Publishing Items section of Help.
