How do I copy elements in the Drag & Drop Email Editor?

Ugh – you want to add another element like one already in the template you chose but don’t have the time to re-create it? Time saver alert! It’s easy to copy the elements of your e-blast in the Drag & Drop Email Editor. Choose the jump start method or skip to dive in deeper

Jump start


Hover over the element you want to copy until you see the three-dot tab. Hover over the tab then click the Copy icon. Go ahead and edit and move the copy as needed. Done in no time flat.

COPY STRUCTURES


Copy a Structure in the e-blast. Note that Structures stack on each other; you cannot nest a Structure inside another Structure.
  1. Hover over the Structure in the e-blast to locate the Structure tab. Click on it.

  2. A three-dot tab will appear on the right. Hover to open.

  3. Click the Copy icon.



COPY CONTAINERS


Copy a Container in the e-blast.
  1. Hover over the Container in the e-blast to locate the Container tab. Click on it.

  2. A three-dot tab will appear on the left. Hover to open.

  3. Click the Copy icon.



BLOCKS


Copy a content Block.
  1. Hover over the Block in the e-blast.

  2. A three-dot tab will appear on the right. Hover to open.

  3. Click the Copy icon.
