Folder Reports
The Folder Report page provides statistics on all Items within that specific Folder. To view a report on multiple folders or all folders at once, under the Reports tab at the top of LibraryAware, select Folder Metrics.
To access the Folder Report:
- Select the Folders tab from the main navigation toolbar.
- Open the folder you want to view statistics and metrics for.
- On the right, select the Folder Settings link.
- Select Folder Report.
Filtering the Folder Report
- Starred/All: Click Starred to view statistics for only the items you have starred. Click All to view statistics for all items.
- Created By: Use the drop-down to select an individual user to view statistics only on items they have created.
- Date Rage: Select a beginning and end date for the publication date range (or creation date for print items) then click Update.
Use the tabs to view specific statistics for your delivery channels:

***Export any tab of the Folder Report by using the Export Current Tab to CSV button.
OVERVIEW
Provides a high-level overview for the selected folder during the selected date range. You will see:
- Number of Total Users reached through emails and widgets.
- Number of link Clicks across all delivery channels.
- Number of Social Posts (Facebook and/or Twitter).
- Number of Print Items created.
Provides statistics on the emails sent by your organization from the selected folder during the selected date range. You will see:
- Number of Emails Sent.
- Percentage of Unique Opens (individual subscribers that opened the email).
- Percentage of Unique Views (individual subscribers that viewed the email online).
- Total Clicks (how many clicks on links in the emails, including multiple clicks on individual links).
- Percentage of subscribers that first opened the email on Mobile (phone).
- Percentage of subscribers that first opened the email on Desktop (tablet and desktop).
- Name of the e-blast.
- Subject line of the email.
- Number of subscribers the email was sent to.
- Date the email was sent.
- Unique Opens:
- The number of individual subscribers that opened the email.
For example: If an email were opened 3 times by the same individual it would count as 3 total opens but 1 unique open. - The percentage of individual subscribers that opened the email.
- Which subscribers opened the email and how many times the subscriber opened it. (See this list by clicking the number link from the Unique Opens column. You can also see when a subscriber opened the email by clicking their name in the list.)
- Unique Views:
- The number of individual subscribers that viewed the email online. For example: If an email was viewed online 3 times by the same individual it would count as 3 total views but 1 unique view.
- The percentage of individual subscribers that viewed the email online.
- Which subscribers viewed the email online and how many times it was viewed. (See this list by clicking the number link from the Unique Views column. You can also see when a subscriber viewed the email by clicking on a subscriber name in the chart.)
- Total Clicks:
- The number of times links were clicked by an individual subscriber, including multiple clicks on a single link.
- The number of individual subscribers that viewed the email online. (See the list of links clicked and the number of clicks on each by clicking the number link from the Total Clicks column.)
- Unique Clicks:
- The number of individual subscribers that clicked on links.
For example: If an individual clicked on 3 links it would count as 3 total clicks but 1 unique click. - The percentage of individual subscribers that clicked on links.
- Which subscribers clicked on links and how many links they clicked on. (See this list by clicking the number link from the Unique Clicks column.)
- Individual Link Clicks: The number of links clicked by individual subscribers. (See the list of subscribers and the number of links they each clicked by clicking on the number link from the Individual Links Clicked column.)
- Bounces: The number of subscribers that the email could not be delivered to. Bounces are classified as hard or soft bounces.
- Unsubscribes: The number of subscribers that unsubscribed.
LINKS
Lists statistics for all links (except Mail-to links) across all of the items from the selected folder during the selected date range. You will see:
- Total Clicks on all links (except Mail-to links).
- Total Links (except Mail-to links).
- Name of the item that included the link.
- URL of the link.
- Format type of the item that included the link.
- Date the item was published.
- Number of clicks on the link.
WIDGETS
Lists statistics for the widgets across the selected folder during the selected date range. You will see:
- Total Clicks on all widgets slides within your organization’s promotional widgets containers.
- Total Views of all widget slides within your organization’s promotional widgets containers.
- Name of the widget slide.
- Name of the widget container.
- Date the widget slide was published.
- Expiration date for the widget slide.
- Number of clicks on the published widget. (Clicks refer to when a user clicks on a widget slide to access the page the slide links to.)
- Number of views of the published widget. (Views refer to when the widget slide is initially loaded and displayed on your website for a user. A view only counts for the first time the widget slide is displayed. When a widget cycles through to show a slide a subsequent time, these views are not counted. When a user clicks away from the website before a slide is displayed, a view will not be counted for that slide.)
Lists the statistics for all Facebook posts across the selected folder during the selected date range. You will see:
- Total number of Facebook posts.
- Total number of clicks on the Facebook posts.
- Name of the item that was posted. If it wasn’t an item (Facebook post with no item attached), it will show “Facebook post”.
- Date of the post.
- Number of clicks on the post.
Lists the statistics for all Twitter posts across the selected folder during the selected date range. You will see:
- Total number of Twitter posts.
- Total numbers of clicks on the Twitter posts.
- Name of the item that was posted. If it wasn’t an item (Twitter post with no item attached), it will show “Twitter post”.
- Date of the post.
- Number of clicks on the post.
Lists all of the print items created in the selected folder during the selected date range. You will see:
- Name of the print item.
- Format type of the item.
- Date the item was created.
- Name of the user that created the item.
