How do I edit my library's branding?

This guide will walk you through the steps to edit and manage your library's branding, ensuring a consistent and professional look across all your materials.

Accessing the Branding Page

  1. Administrator Access:
    • Users with the Administrator role can access the entire Admin section of LibraryAware.
    • Users with the Publisher role can access the Template Management section under Admin but not other Admin sections.
  2. Navigating to the Branding Page:
    • Select Admin at the top of LibraryAware.
    • From the menu on the left of the page, click Asset Management.
    • Select Branding.

Editing Branding Information


Auto-fill Branding Set:
  • From the Branding Page, locate the Branding Set you want to change and click Auto-fill Branding Set.
  • Scroll down to enter your changes in the form.
  • Click the Save Changes button.

Changing the Look of a Branding Block

Editing a Branding Block:

  • From the Branding Set you want to change, locate the format-specific Branding Block you want to edit and click the Pencil icon.
  • Use the editor to make your changes. 
  • To add or edit links, click the blue HTML button and use HTML code.
  • To use an image for the Branding Block, select the Use the following image for the branding block option then click Choose File to locate the image on your computer. See also: How do I create custom branding in Publisher?
  • Enter a URL in the the When clicked, this branding block should go to field. We recommend using your library's website URL!
  • Click the Save Changes button.

Renaming a Branding Set

Renaming Steps:

  • Click the Rename Branding Set link beside the Branding Set title.
  • Enter a new name.
  • Click Rename Branding Set.


NOTE: You cannot rename the Default Branding Set.

 

Deleting a Branding Set

Deletion Steps:

  • Click the Delete Branding Set link beside the Branding Set title.
  • Click OK to confirm.


NOTE: You cannot delete the Default Branding Set.
