How do I edit my library's branding?

Only those users who are assigned the Administrator role will have access to the Admin section of LibraryAware.

To access the Branding page, select Admin at the top of LibraryAware, click Template Management, then select the Branding link.

To edit the information used in your Branding Set:

  1. Click the Auto-fill Branding Set link beside the Branding Set you want to change.
  2. Scroll down to enter your changes in the form (information about these fields can be found at How do I add my library's branding?).
  3. Click the Save Changes button.

To change the look of a branding block for a particular Item type (for example, the Bookmark branding block):

  1. Click on the branding block, or click the pencil icon beside the branding block.  Note that newsletters use the Email Header and Email Footer branding blocks.
  2. Use the WYSIWYG editor to change your branding block.
  3. If you would like to add or edit links to the text in your branding, click the Edit HTML button and add your links using HTML code.  If you need assistance with this, please contact LibraryAware support using the Help & Support button in the bottom right corner.
  4. Or if you have an image of the branding block you would like to use, select Use the following image for the branding block and click Choose File to locate the image file on your local computer.
  5. Change the URL that the branding block will point to by entering it in the When clicked, this branding block should go to: field.
  6. Click the Save Changes button.
Note: Any changes made to a branding set will be applied to any promotional items and newsletter issues created after the changes have been made. They will not be applied to items/issues that were created prior to the changes. To change the branding in older items, open the item in the editor and click Save.
