Why can't I activate my account?
When an Administrator sets you up as a LibraryAware user, you will receive an invitation via email. Before you can begin using LibraryAware, however, you will need to activate your account. To do this, you will need to open the link in a supported browser.
If your default browser is not supported by LibraryAware, you will not be able to activate your account by clicking on this link, as it will open using whichever browser you have set up as your default. To activate LibraryAware:
- Right click on the link from the email.
- Select Copy Hyperlink from the pop-up menu.
- Open one of our supported browsers.
- Right click in the address bar.
- Select Paste from the pop-up menu.
LibraryAware will open in this new window. From here, follow the instructions to complete setup.
