Where can I view the full schedule of all Items my organization has published?

You can view the full Schedule across all your organization’s active folders, by clicking on the Reports tab at the top of the LibraryAware screen.  

In the Search box, you can search for Items based on channel, Item name, or Folder.  You can filter this list to your Starred Folders or all Folderss.

Using the drop-downs at the top of the Publication Schedule, you can filter by:
  • Folder
  • Channel 
  • Created By 
  • Date Range
