Where can I find the total number of subscribers for my organization?

To find the total number of subscribers for your organization:

  1. Click the Subscribers link at the top of the LibraryAware screen.
  2. Click the Active Subscribers link on the left, under Email Subscribers.
  3. At the Active Subscribers page, the total number of subscribers for your organization will be available below the subscriber chart. Total Subscribers will include any subscribers that have bounced.  Active Subscribers in the number of subscribers that do not have bounced emails.
Note: By default, subscribers that have unsubscribed from your communications will not be listed at the Active Subscribers page.  To view deactivated subscribers, click the Deactivated Subscribers link (under Email Subscribers) on the left.  Deactivated Subscribers are subscribers who have selected to unsubscribe from everything.

To find the total number of subscribers by Interest Group:

  1. Click the Subscribers link at the top of the LibraryAware screen.
  2. Click the Subscriber Interest Groups link on the left.
  3. The number of subscribers for each Interest Group will be listed to below each Interest Group name.
  4. Click the subscriber count link to view the subscribers of this Interest Group.
