Why is my preview blank?

If your item was created in the Lists editor, your item preview may have blank pages or missing content if you have too much content or extra line breaks.  This can sometimes occur when you copy and paste directly from Word.  You can resolve this issue by:
  • Removing some of the text in your item, if you have too much text.
  • Changing the size of your text.
  • Removing the extra line breaks in your item. These extra line breaks may be found under an image or below a block of text.  Once you find the extra line breaks, place your cursor at the front of the line breaks and use the Delete key on your keyboard until the line breaks have been removed.
