How do I change the “Reply To” email address for my newsletters and other emails?

If you have Newsletter Builder (for corporate customers), go to the Welcome to the Newsletter Builder platform page to learn about creating your newsletters.


Only users who are assigned the Administrator role will have access to the Admin section of LibraryAware.

LibraryAware administrators can change the “Reply To,” email address at the Basic Settings page.   
  1. Select Admin from the top of LibraryAware, click Account Management, then click the Basic Settings link.  
  2. In the Reply To Address For Email field, enter the email address that you would like to appear in the “Reply To” field for all emails by default.
  3. Click the orange Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
If you want to change the “Reply To” address for an individual email or newsletter, you can do this from the Schedule page in the Reply To Address field.
