If you have Newsletter Builder (for corporate customers), go to the Welcome to the Newsletter Builder platform page to learn about creating your newsletters.
To view a list of subscribers to a Newsletter List:
- Access the Newsletters section by selecting Newsletters from the top of the LibraryAware page.
- On the left side of the Newsletters Overview page, click the Newsletter Lists link.
- A list of all of your Newsletter Lists will display. A link labeled View Subscribers is displayed under the Newsletter List Name.
- Click the View SUbscribers link to view the list of subscribers for the List.
- Below the list of subscribers, Filtered Active Subscribers will show the number of subscribers for the selected Newsletter List.
- To export the list, click the Export to CSV button.
To view a Newsletter List’s subscribers from the Subscribers page:
- Select Subscribers from the top of LibraryAware, and click the Email Subscribers on the left to access the list of active subscribers.
- Click in the Filter by field and select the Newsletter List that you are interested in.
- Below the list of subscribers, Filtered Active Subscribers will show the number of subscribers for the selected Newsletter List.
- To export the list, click the Export to CSV button.
