How can I customize my default opt-in and subscribe pages?

By default, LibraryAware will use the Organization Name and Logo from the Basic Settings page, on the opt-in and subscribe pages.  You can make changes to the Opt-In Page header, as well as the Intro Text at the Opt-In Page Configuration page under the Admin section.

To edit the opt-in page header:

  1. Select Admin from the top of LibraryAware.
  2. Under Account Management on the left, click the Opt-In Page Configuration link.
  3. In the Header section use the WYSIWYG editor to edit the logo image and title for the opt-in and other subscriber pages.
    • To delete the logo image, use the Delete or Backspace key on your computer.
    • To add a new image, click the Insert Image button in the formatting toolbar of the WYSIWYG Editor.  Select a new image or upload an image by clicking Select an image from your computer.
    • Change the title at the top of the page by highlighting the text with your mouse and entering your new title.  Use the formatting toolbar to format the text.
  4. Click the Save Opt-In Page Configuration button to save your changes.

To edit the intro text for the Opt-In or the Manage Subscriptions page:

  1. Select Admin from the top of LibraryAware.
  2. Under Account Management on the left, click the Opt-In Page Configuration link.
  3. In the Intro Text section, edit the default intro text for the Subscribe page, the Manage Subscriptions page, or the Confirm Subscription page:
    • Subscribe page - This is the intro text that will appear on your main opt-in page, to encourage your patrons to sign up for your newsletters.
    • Manage Subscriptions page - This is the intro text that will appear on the page where your current newsletter subscribers go to manage their subscriptions and email preferences. Subscribers will access this page by clicking the "Manage Subscriptions or Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of your email newsletters.
    • Confirm Subscription page - This intro text will appear on the page that confirms any changes the subscriber has made to their subscription/email preferences.
  4. Click the Save Opt-In Page Configuration button to save your changes.
