Reports – FAQs

The Reports section in LibraryAware makes it easy to gather and analyze your metrics to ensure you get the most out of your marketing and use your time wisely.

How do I find the Reports section?

In LibraryAware, select REPORTS from the navigation toolbar at the top of the screen. When the Reports section opens, it will show the Folders Schedule. On the left, you will see further reporting options.



What is the Folder Schedule?

The Folder Schedule shows the schedule of all sent and scheduled publications for all of your organization’s active folders within the selected date range.

What is the Folder Metrics report?

The Folder Metrics report provides an overview for selected (or all) folders and statistics on the various item types/delivery channels in those folders during the selected date range.

What is the Newsletter Send History report?

The Newsletter Send History report provides statistics for selected (or all) newsletter issues sent during the selected date range.

What is the Newsletter Subscription History report?

The Newsletter Subscription History report provides statistics on the number of new subscribers, unsubscribed, and current subscribers for each newsletter list during the selected date range.

What is the Communication Summary report?

The Communication Summary report lists the total number of items created, posted, or sent for the different item types across the organization during the selected date range.

Can I export a report as a spreadsheet?

Yes. On every report page, look for the Export Current Tab to CSV or Export to CSV button.



What are Unique Opens?

Unique Opens measures the number of individual subscribers that opened the email. For example, if an email is opened three times by the same individual, it counts as three total opens but one unique open.

What are Unique Views?

Unique Views measures the number of individual subscribers that viewed the email online. For example, if an email is viewed online three times by the same individual, it counts as three total views but one unique view.

What are Total Clicks?

Total Clicks measures the number of times links were clicked by an individual subscriber, including multiple clicks on a single link.

What are Unique Clicks?

Unique clicks measures the number of individual subscribers who clicked on links, regardless of how many links or how many times they clicked. (Unlike a "total click" which counts every click, a unique click focuses on the number of people who clicked, not the total number of clicks.)

What are Individual Link Clicks?

Individual Link Clicks measures the number of links clicked by individual subscribers.

What does Bounces measure?

Bounces measures the number of subscribers that the email could not be delivered to. Bounces are classified as hard or soft bounces.

What does Unsubscribes measure?

Unsubscribes measures the number of subscribers that unsubscribed from your email communications using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
