Your library offers so many events in-person and online: storytimes, author readings, book club discussion, movie viewings, and so much more. Make sure your patrons are attending! Use the multiple communication tools available in LibraryAware to spread the word.
LibraryAware includes a variety of email templates to promote events for every age group, making it easy to target your message. Search “events e-blast,” “large text e-blast,” “summer e-blast,” or other keywords. Or click on the e-blast format and browse the available templates. You can also create an event newsletter under the Newsletter link; read about the different features for each option

Use event flyers and posters
Promote your event for kids, teens, and adults. Search keywords like “poetry,” “retirement,” “monthly calendar,” “summer reading,” “storytime,” etc. and then refine by the Flyers-Events format.
In addition to printing out these book flyers, you can also post these book flyers to social media or turn them into an e-blast using a template made just for that purpose. Search “placeholder” and refine by the E-blast format.
Use social media
Social media is a great way to spread the word to not only your patrons, but to non-cardholders as well, extending your reach. LibraryAware offers event templates in a variety of sizes for all social media platforms. Choose a template based on the platform
you want to use. Make any necessary changes to the template and then post to social media
Use an event carousel (promotional widget)
Use digital signage
