How can I create templates for my organization?
Users who are assigned the Administrator role will have access to the entire Admin section of LibraryAware. Users who are assigned the Publisher role will be able to access the Template Management section under the Admin section, but not other Admin sections.
Create a customized template for your organization by copying and editing an existing template.
- Click the Admin link at the top of the LibraryAware screen.
- On the left, select Asset Management, then Templates.
- Click the Create from Existing Template button.
- Search for a template to copy by using keywords (optional) and selecting the desired Format and Editor Type.
Pro tip! Feel like flexing your design muscle? Search for templates using the keyword blank to start from scratch. Choose a template and click the Copy button under the thumbnail.
Edit a template in the Drag & Drop Email Editor
To copy and edit a Drag & Drop Email template, select the Editor Type: Drag & Drop Email.

- Save your template by clicking Save in the top toolbar and give your template a name.
- Test the template by creating an e-blast using the template, then send the e-blast to yourself to ensure that all content and layout changes work correctly.
