  • Choose a format
  • Search for "section layout" in the template list to find section layout templates
  • Choose a template that has the number of columns you want (once you begin designing your item, you will need to select a different template if you want a different number of columns)
  • Click on a template you like and then click orange Select This Template button

2. Add your Books

Add the books for your bibliography.  You can import a list straight from a NoveList folder or add the books using a list of ISBNs.  Be sure to also take a look at NoveList's Recommended Reads lists for ideas!

  • Add multiple books at once:
    • Click on a book record
    • Click the Add New drop-down, then go to Multiple Records and add books by ISBN, books from a NoveList folder, or books from a newsletter
    • Enter your ISBNs, or enter the folder or newsletter information
    • Select the layout for your book records
    • Check Clear This Zone
    • Click the Add (or Finish or Import) button
